About Us: Who Writes casino-tipsport.com, How It Earns and What It Isn't
casino-tipsport.com is an independent information site. We write about sports betting, in-play betting and cash-out, casino games, and how a player can check an operator. We are not a gambling operator, we hold no gambling licence and we run no player accounts. We don't belong to the company behind the Tipsport brand and we don't speak on its behalf.
Who writes the site
The pages are written and updated by editor Ondrej Halaša, who focuses on the maths of betting, bankroll management and gambling regulation. Facts about laws and regulators come from primary sources — regulators' websites and legislation. Game parameters are quoted only when independent sources agree, mainly the studios' own pages.
How the site earns money
The site earns from affiliate links. Buttons lead through a partner link to an operator chosen by the affiliate network — it may not be Tipsport. If you register through such a link, we may receive a commission. The commission doesn't change the facts we state: we don't vouch for anyone's licence, we don't publish bonus or payout figures, and for every operator we send you to check its licence yourself. Details are on the affiliate disclosure page.
Licences and operators: how it works
Gambling licences are issued by national regulators. A licensed operator is supervised, must follow published rules and is usually required to show its licence number and company details on its site. Regulators keep public registers you can search. This site needs no gambling licence because it does not offer gambling — it explains how to check those who do.
RTP, volatility and fair play
For casino games we quote RTP and volatility only as published by the studio and remind you that the operator may use a different configuration. Slot results are determined by a random number generator, which licensed operators must have tested; in sports betting a real match decides and the price is set by the margin in the odds. This site neither influences nor audits any of these — we explain them so you know what is going on.
What not to expect from us
- Match tips and “sure things” — they don't exist.
- Promo codes and bonus figures — they change and only the operator's terms count.
- Player reviews with names and stars — we can't verify them.
- Help with a player account — we have no access to it.
Corrections and updates
When a law, a regulator's procedure or a fact we cite changes, we update the page. Report errors to info@casino-tipsport.com; other contact options are on the support page.
